Responsibilities:

The worker(s) will assist project management office (PMO) staff in support of the fiscal years 2016-2017 IISIAPE project. Part of the IISIAPE project will be to remediate applications identified by the Health and Human Services (HHS) Security Monitoring and Application Remediation Task-force (SMART) project as having security vulnerabilities.

 

Duties include:

• Gathering and documenting requirements for application remediation;
• Developing test plans and requirements traceability matrix for testing;
• Testing and analyzing automated systems;
• Working with other DADS development and user groups to ensure customer input is provided as required;
• Providing after-hours support; and
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Experience:

Years	Skills/Experience
5	Full-time experience performing requirements analysis, documentation and testing in a production environment, maintaining customer critical applications in a high-visibility environment.
5	Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs to develop requirements, requirements traceability matrix, test scenarios, test plans, etc.
5	Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills are necessary.
5	Extensive work experience and understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, thorough knowledge of the software specification process and software development processes, and software testing processes.
5	Experience preparing System Requirements documents and requirement traceability matrixes.
Strong	Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
Strong	Microsoft suite of products, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio
Strong	SharePoint

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Years	Skills/Experience
3	Experience working in a State/Federal government environment.
1	Experience with DADS programs a plus.
