Cisco Network Management Analyst

Location: Bloomington, IL, US

 

Required Skills & Experience: 
- Expert knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
- Expert knowledge of WAN technologies
- Specific working experience with the Cisco Distributed Fabric Automation (DFA) solution
- Proficient in SAN technologies and concepts
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, to develop specific low level deigns and network configurations
- Cisco certified
- Working knowledge of server load balance solutions
- Experience designing and implementing Quality of Service (QoS) solutions
- Comfortable with giving technical presentations to other project resource and support teams
- Proficient in technical writing
 
Other skills/Experiences necessary for this role includes: 
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Demonstrated effective communication and network documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and enjoys collaboration

- Ability to recognize and recommend process improvements
- Experience following a methodology and willing to learn/follow Client processes
- Ability to solve complex problems and coordinate work with others
- Has the ability and willingness to learn technical information
- Proven Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Results driven and Quality focused individual
- Experience in seeking information from various sources
- Ability to establish and build upon interpersonal relationships
