Job Description:
· Participate in all phases of Microsoft SureStep methodology from diagnostics through operations and optimization
· Identify and document business needs
· Identify solutions options and design for implementing the CRM application using rapid prototyping
· Configure customize CRM application for business needs (screen, workflows, reports, dashboards, scripts)
· Setup CRM dynamics environment including client tools (outlook and mobile apps)
· Define data migration requirements and approach for contacts, configure CRM Dynamics and MS outlook for first time integration
· CRM application training, security and role admin
· CRM application testing and user validation
· CRM application production readiness preparation
· Develop enhance business features, workflow and customizations for
· Sales and activity reporting
· Sales opportunities tracking and reporting
· Order status lookup
· Quality issues tracking
· Score card and standardized dashboards
· Data quality tracking and reporting
· Rearchitect, redesign, and implement an improved data extract, transform, and load process – rearchitected process will replace current process and will also capture data needed for Europe use of CRM. Design objective is to make the ETL process stable, repeatable, and as automated as possible so that it can scale up to handle the increased volume of data for Europe.
