Job Title :           Cobol HR Payroll Development

Location :           Pontiac, MI

Duration :           6-12 Months Contract

Day shift Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Occasional weekend support. 

Job Description:

Strong functional knowledge of HR/Payroll 

Solid application support experience for any HR/Payroll application 

3-5 years of experience in IT industry on IBM Mainframes in the areas of IMS, CICS, COBOL, VSAM, JCL & DB2 application development and maintenance. 

2-3 years experience in Payroll and H/R experience. 

Exposure to the full cycle of software development including Requirements Analysis, Program Design, Development, Unit testing, System Testing, Integrated Testing, Maintenance and Documentation. 

Sound analytical and problem solving skills with a good exposure to the key facets of leading teams to meet set objectives 

Good user communication ability and debugging skills 

Complex interface design and programming.
