Job Location: Albany, NY

Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications

Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions.

 

Expert 84+ Months

 

Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 84 Months Demonstrated experience in Systems Design and Development on Medium to Large-scale projects involving Enterprise Message Broker techniques utilizing the MS .NET framework. 

2. 84 Months Experience coding in C# 3.5 or above, .NET Framework 3.5 or above, WCF 3.0, HL7, XML, XSD, XLT web service technologies. 

3. 60 Months Demonstrated experience in Systems Design and Development on Medium to Large-scale projects involving Oracle OSB / Oracle SOA architecture. 

4. 60 Months Experience with Oracle 10G or higher, including coding with PL/SQL. 

5. 48 Months Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008. 

6. 36 Months Experience with the implementation security expertise: SSL, SHA, X509 certificates and AES 256 encryption. 

7. 36 Months Experience performing systems development on Microsoft Biztalk implementation. 

8. 36 Months Experience coding Java web services.

9. 36 Months Experience working on Large-scale complex Healthcare Systems following HIPAA or HITEC regulations.

10. 60 Months Experience using a structured software development lifecycle.
