Job Title: JIRA/Confluence developer and reporting expert 

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

High Level JOD --- JIRA/Confluence developer and reporting expert 

 

An expert in designing and maintaining custom reporting using excel, SQL Server and JIRA. Building automation to run and distribute reports. Analyzing data and creating projections for the SVP level. Designed full automation reports, maintained reports and modified scripts to work with constantly updating systems. Agile expert and forward thinker.

 

•      5-7  years of experience in data analysis, ad hoc report writing, user interaction and coordination.

•         Expert in JIRA-integrated reports running as JIRA gadgets in Dashboards, For JQL-based Business Intelligence use the Data Analysis extension.

•         Experience creating or analyzing issue tracking and burndown reports

•         Installing and configuring JIRA, reviewing reports and issues, Understanding the JIRA workflow, Personalizing the dashboard and user profiles,

•         Generating reports, Customizing the workflow and Using JIRA add-ons

•         Expertise in supporting user requests for data analysis, data modeling and reporting.

•         Expertise in data analytics/reporting requirements gathering from users.

•         Expertise in working with SQL syntax.

•         Proficient in writing both simple and complex queries

•         Expertise with one or more query languages and visualization tools

•         Outstanding MS Excel skills, including experience using spreadsheets to perform complex data analysis using Pivot tables, vlookup, excel formulae, conditional formatting, visualizations etc.

•         Expertise in creating Web Intelligence reports in Business Objects and reports in Excel.

•         Proficient in creating dashboards using in JIRA

•         Good understanding and Knowledge of AGILE and DevOps,

•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•         Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and organizational skills.

•         Excellent in working with multiple teams cohesively.

•         Excellent team player and individual contributor.¿¿
