Contract Duration: 6+ months
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts

 

manager is ideally looking to hire a junior resource that has a passion for learning and interest in QA and supporting other teams.

 

Keys to the Position: Must have at least 1 to 2 years of IT experience – this may include requirements analysis, programming, testing and defect tracking Must have technical degree or educational training like Year up or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Experience with QTP or Java or any other programming language is preferred. Should have interest in IT support role.

Applicant must meet MOST of these requirements.

Description:

Responsibilities Executing and monitoring of test automation scripts as per schedules or adhoc requests from Application teams. Debug the smoke test  failures and communicate with the appropriate team regarding the smoke test failure. Work with Application teams to understand requirement for new smoke testing design and script smoke tests. Works closely with offshore QA team members to and coordinate the test executions. Stay current on industry trends and standards Should be available to support the test execution on the weekends and off-hours. Sprint planning and execution of product testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery/iteration dates.
