Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity.

Prepares detail specifications for developers.

Provides technical expertise in evaluating new software modifications that will enhance operating and development activities.

Resource has been supporting Adobe Campaign Installation.

Supports Intranet (Collaborate) and Internet 3.0 (Adobe Campaign)

• Work environment: Mostly independent but will have interaction with application team and business users. For presentations – potentially to clarify technical solution.

• What would this person's day to day be?
Work flows out of M&S or Project requests with accompany business requirements documentation.

• Will there be any training provided or would the need to jump right in first day?
There will be knowledge transfer sessions.
