MUST HAVES:

DBA knowledge for Oracle 12.2

Oracle active dataguard setup

Git for repository

Unix shell programming.

 

Our client is in need of a highly skilled Database Administrator with Oracle 12.2. 

•          DBA knowledge for Oracle 12.2
•          Oracle Active dataguard setup and management
•          Oracle performance tuning knowledge
•    Ability to interpret Oracle trace and log
•    Understand ora.ini configuration parameters
•    Lock contention
•    Ability to read and act on AWR report
•          Configuring and managing Oracle listener
•          Understand JDBC connection and Connection managers used by Java apps
•          Proficiency in Git for source repository
•          Data modelling
•          Oracle Partition best practices
•          Deep understanding of Oracle indexing, constraints, functions, procedures, sequences, PL/SQL
•          Proficiency in Oracle DML
•          Unix shell programming

Good to have:

•          Understanding of Java JDBC/Hibernate ( Plus – not necessary)\
•          Jasper reporting

         AWS cloud storage and networking concepts
