Job Description

• Develop and execute a communication plan appropriate for different levels of stakeholders with a high emphasis on executive level communications  • Incorporate visual management and reporting of project statistics  • Design a change management plan appropriate for the user base and the K-C Matrix organization built on principles of and business transformation.  Project Management  • Comply or follow K-C PM Standard work  • Demonstrate highly developed Issue and Risk Management capabilities  • Execute the project using Agile methodologies and serve as Scrum master  • Expertly manage project financials  • Manage multiple project workstreams  • Deliver project on time, within budget with the highest quality deliverables  • Work with project team members directly as needed
