Job Title: Jr. Infrastructure Scrum Master
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Local Only)
Duration: 6+ Months (Renewable)
Must be H1b and DL copy.
Interview process : Phone screen and In person
Infrastructure Scrum Master 1 to 3 years
Job Description: Manage app development projects using Jira and other tracking tools. Typically has 1-3 years experience.
Scrum Master
Experience running at least one scrum team for at least one year
Manage app development projects using Rally and other tracking tools. Typically has 1-3 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of alternate Agile practices: XP, Kanban, SAFe
Agile development including coaching on agile methodologies
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team: Agile Central (Rally), JIRA, Confluence, Slack, GitHub
Understands the fundamentals of iterative development
Understands the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Understands the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a broad set of constituencies, both technical and non-technical
CSM or SSM Certification Desirable
True Scrum Master
Experience running at least one scrum team
Agile Central (Rally), JIRA, Confluence, Slack, GitHub
Technical back ground ( networking )
Understanding of Broadband technology
Preference for the Certification
