Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Minimum of five (5) years' experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
3. Minimum of two (2) years' experience analyzing large complex portfolios of IT solutions for documenting business and functional requirements. Experience must have been obtained within the last five (5) years.
4. Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing IT solution portfolio roadmaps with heavy focus on security, functionality, innovation and consolidation. Experience must have been obtained within the last five (5) years.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification obtained within the last ten (10) years from an accredited entity.
2. Certification or formal training in methods and tools using industry standards for Business Analysis and documentation.
3. A Demonstrated ability to perform analysis and document business requirements, functional requirements and dependencies on large complex IT solutions.
4. A Demonstrated ability to produce roadmaps enabling the planning for short and long term business goals.
5. A Demonstrated ability to analyze security aspects of IT
