Title: Project Manager Location: ST. Paul, MN Duration: 6+ Contract - Hire

 

Program Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Manage Multiple programs having multiple project tracks and stakeholders primarily in US and Germany

2) Ensuring that the roadblocks for the success of the program are addressed for the success of the program

3) Regular updates to Senior Management on Program Status

4) Customer facing program manager to be a representative of the customer organization

5) Should have good presentation skills to create PPTs and present to VP Levels and above

6) Quick learner to learn the customer culture as well functional and technical aspects

7) Coordination with US and offshore Client technical leads

8) Proactive in addressing and highlighting program risks and roadblocks requiring management attention.

9) Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

 

Technical Skills:

1) Data Analytics background is a must

2) Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Lake Experience is a must

3) Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills are a must

4) Agile project experience is required to perform the job well preferably using Azure DevOps

5) Azure, Snowflake experience is nice to have

6) Oracle and SAP ERP knowledge/experience is nice to have
