Role : IT Project ManagerLocation ; Austin, TXDuration : LongtermJob Description : • The candidate will be a Technical Project Manager managing B2CIAM (Business to Consumer Identity Access Management) and DFM (Decision and Fraud Management)• Candidate will work with PMO R&R: drawing the technology roadmaps, projects execution (starting from requirement gathering, grooming, planning, interaction with Dev leads, architects, prioritization, publishing the release scope, stakeholder communications (upstream and downstream)• 6-8 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, working with technical teams developing enterprise• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project leader, Project/Program manager• Candidate must have technical project management background managed core platform products• Work with cross-functional Project Managers, engineering leaders and team with PMO R&R• Experience in handling complex, cross functional projects• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills• The ability to take on challenges and address the problems head-on• Strong ability to collaborate• Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills• Good analytical and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of Rally and JIRA is a must• Highly Proficient in Scale Agile methodology• Proficient in Microsoft Office
