Job Description:
 
Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks where possible on Kubernetes Environment
Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Provide strong customer service skills with a focus client satisfaction
Manage PoDs, Containers and Cluster maintenance to coordinate activities with application teams
Follow best practices to adhere to enterprise architecture.
Provide extensive knowledge of a subset the following technologies: 
Grafana/Prometheus
InfluxDB
Kafka / Elastic Surge  (HayStack)
Telegraf (collector pushed to InfluxDB)
Grafana/Metrick Tank (GaaS)
Grafana/InfluxDB/Prometheus/Telegraf (Flight Recorder)
Collaborate with Knowledge Management teams to draft operational documentation
Collaborate with Engineering and Problem Management teams to perform Root Cause Analysis
Analyze alerts from various monitoring tools and take appropriate actions during troubleshooting
Provide a high level of problem analysis and resolution skills
Administer and maintain Hybrid Cloud solutions in production
