Role     : Informatic Tech Lead - Data Migration
Location : Dubuque - Iowa
Duration : 8 Months

Responsible for understanding & analyzing the Business Requirements, deciding the Data Migration approach, design the solution and lead the project from the Data Migration perspective.

Manage the customer & drive the offshore team in successfully completing the Data Migration related deliverables.

Key expectations:

Must have good hands on work experience & successfully leading the data migration projects using Informatica Power Center & Power exchange as ETL tool

Must have exposure to Data Migration best practices & experience in successfully executing multiple end-to-end Data Migration Projects

Must have extensive hands on experience in data consolidation, conversion/transformations, re-conciliation, cleansing and loading into the target systems

Must have good work experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Proc & Packages

Should have expertise and experience in Performance Tuning database, stored procedures and queries

Must have experience in Project documentation

Must have minimum 8+ years of total IT experience of which min 5+ yrs in Data Migration projects using Informatica

Must have Good communication and client facing skills
