Job Description:

Development for EAI / SOA projects using TIBCO Businessworks
Development for BPM projects using iProcess suite
TIBCO adapter development / configuration / customization
Maintenance and Support for TIBCO infrastructure
Installation, deployment and testing of TIBCO tools / components
Documenting code design, test cases, support guides

Development in
o J2EE technologies – JMS, JCA, XML, JNDI
o Service Oriented Integration – ESB, SOA, Web Services, SOAP,
o BPM technologies – iProcess suite

Good understanding of EAI & BPM concepts and TIBCO technologies.
Proficient programming skills in one or more of the following: Java / J2EE (JMS, JCA) / C++ / CORBA / XML
Development/Deployment/Testing experience in TIBCO technologies such as TIBCO iProcess suite, Business Works, EMS, TIB / RV, Hawk, Adapters
Effective communication and experience working in larger teams.
Experience in source code version control using VSS, CVS or similar tools

Main skill -
Knowledge of TIBCO technologies such as TIBCO iProcess suite, Business Works, EMS, TIB / RV, Hawk, Adapters Languages
- Java / J2EE (JMS, JCA) / C++ / XML OS
– UNIX, Windows, Linux

The following will be desirable skills
 Pre sales / business development
 Domain expertise in one or more of the following
o Finance and Securities
o Insurance
o Banking
o Telecom
