Project Overview: The WHG website Operational Support
Representative will be the first point of contact for client of the
Log Review Team's reconciliation Intranet website.
Responsibilities:
Provide First and Second level support to Website users.
Liaise with SQL, ESM and Log Review to resolve Website related issues
on a daily basis.
Follow up on the progress and subsequent resolution to the Issues.
Request data from SQL and/or ESM teams to assist in problem
resolution.
Complete activities by adhering to the defined SLA levels.
Process Audit related request in a timely manner.
Ability to create documents as per Citi Standard.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge on UNIX and Windows OS.
Knowledge of SQL Environment well enough to begin troubleshooting
process.
Experience with client facing technical support is preferred.
