We have an urgent need for a C++/ .NET C# Lead developer with strong experience (5yrs min exp) with C++ and .Net C# with team lead experience.

This is for a financial/trading application so any trading application experience would be a big plus.

This is for support and development of new enhancements for an existing application, and the team will be made up of this lead and two jr. level developers.

There will be interaction with the client so communication skills need to be strong.
