Direct Client Business Analyst - Transfer Agency Business- Hedge Funds - Roseland, NJ

 

 

This is a very urgent req. with 6 positions. Rates are flexible depending upon the exp.

 

Following are additional details of the req.;

 

Transfer Agency Business and Finanacial Experience Must

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Work closely Product and Operations team to understand existing systems and processes

·         Learn and understand all functions all SSG systems e.g. SHARP, Contact Management, Report Generation and delivery, Compliance reporting, ERS, Equalization, etc.

·         Document future state requirements around, core TA accounting engines as well as AML/KYC, Cash Management, Distribution, Data Warehouses, Imaging and Workflow, Reconciliations, Fee Calculations, etc.

Skills

·         Extensive Transfer Agency experience in a Hedge Fund environment

·         Minimum 3+ yrs experience

·         Translate business requests/scope docs into business requirements

·         Participate in IT discussions to formulate requirements and understand constraints and options to help develop initiatives

·         Strong working knowledge of SSG applications

 

Traits / Interpersonal Skills

 

·         Demonstrate ability to act independently on non-critical decisions

·         Strong analytical and organizational skills

·         Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively
