Title: Sr. IT Architect
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Type: Contract
Length: 6 MOnths
- Provide subject matter expertise in IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager; identify and resolve issues, apply fixes and upgrades
- Work with Project Mgr to implement IBM ITCAMS (Tivoli Application Monitoring)
- Implement Tivoli Application Monitoring per project plan
- Set up and analyze performance and monitoring reports
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, review and implementing monitoring requirements
- Involve with the day-to-day support, and maintenance, of the BSC applications and systems monitoring infrastructure
- Provide mentoring for less than senior monitoring engineers
This position will document the solutions and present to Operations who will approve the design. Consulting skills are imperative to gain consensus on solutions proposed. The person needs to be an SME in at the IBM's ITCAMS.
