Only purely dedicated data modelers (and not ETL/BI persons with some data modeling experience) would to be considered

Strong Data Modeling Skills
Strong Data Warehousing Skills
Code versioning (any tool)
Must Have Skills:
Excellent Knowledge on Relational and Dimensional Data Modeling
Excellent communication skills and client interface skills

Desired Skills:
Teradata
Experience in Retail Domain
