Webshpere to JBoss Converstion specialist

Long term duration

Some Websphere experience and some JBoss experience is NOT the same as converting from Websphere to JBoss.  I am looking for someone that has taken production Websphere 5.1 code and rewrote/optimized for redeployment to production JBoss 4.3 environment.

 --Required Skills--

1.   Strong Java J2EE developer (preferably Java 5)

2.   Must have 5+ years of applied java development experience

3.   Eclipse IDE (WSAD, MyEclipse)

4.   Experience with version control systems (CVS, Harvest)

5.   STRUTS

6.   Web Services/SOA

7.   Spring

8.   Good Communication Skills

9.   Team player

10. Self-starter with good work ethic

11. Ability to complete tasks with little supervision

12. Clear experience converting from Websphere 5.1 production environment to JBoss 4.3 production environment

1.  Database - Oracle and DB2

2.  Hibernate
