Skills Required:

1.    Technical resource with advanced Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008 experience.  Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 R2 a plus.

2.    Experience with doing a technical Windows Server 2000 to 2003, or Windows Server 2000 to 2008 migration including planning and design around the migration along with the actual migration itself.

3.    Good communication and written skills.
