We are still seeking this resource.  Please let me know if you have anyone that is a match for this position.  We would prefer someone that has BCBS experience, otherwise, they must have healthcare insurance experience and have experience in EDI and HIPPA.  Bill Rate around $40 per hour C2C.

3205-1 Systems Analyst - Systems Analyst III QTY: 1 Duration: 6 Months Blue Cross and Blue Shields Jacksonville, FL Rate:Maxxxxxxx $40/hr on C2C  Job Description: General InformationProvide comprehensive consultation to technical staff and business unit clients in recommending solutions to business problems. Develop design specifications by interpreting business requirements and understanding architectural standards and specifications for test plans. Lead JAD sessions and provide estimates for project planning. Maintain applications, provide consultative support for, and understand interface points for the systems within a product family. Consult with clients to resolve business issues.
