Position: Mobile c# .net Developer –
Location: Plano TX

Skills:

Mid level software developer responsible for developing new
functionality, enhancements to an existing suite of applications
running on a mobile device.
Analyst should be able to implement complex systems as part of the
project. They will also support development thru test phases.
Analyst will be required to follow team standards and to be able to
implement designs with a minimum of assistance and over-sight.
Analyst may be responsible for root-cause analysis of issues and
related code development to resolve said issues/
Analyst will be very knowledgeable of C# / .Net, Object-oriented
programming and be conversant in standard OO design patterns. They
will be able to analyze OO design documents, recognize problems, and
propose alternatives.
3 – 5 years of application experience.

Position: SQL DBA
Location: Plano, TX (NEED LOCAL)
Duration: 6 months

Minimum Requirement:

1) Extensive experience in MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008
2) Experience building and maintaining Polyserv cluster or Windows
clusters for MS SQL Server
3) Experience in Windows scripting and Perl scripting would be an
advantage
4) Experience handling large environment, multi tasking and strong
analytical and troubleshooting skills
5) Very good communication skill
6) Proactive and team player with greater sense of ownership
7) Must work with offshore team and will have to provide extended
support on weekends
8) Need to support on-call

Must be stationed at Plano, Texas

Position: SAP HCM Architect–
Location: Plano TX
Duration: 6 months

The ideal candidate will provide strategy and technical
recommendations related to SAP HCM, Decommissioning of PeopleSoft, and
design and strategy of infrastructure solutions for PepsiCo's HRMS &
Payroll Transformation program.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver a solution for transporting restricted production data to a
non-production environment for the purpose of debugging
• Deliver a detailed design of the solution for decommissioning
PeopleSoft
• Document the Data Backup and Recovery Plan for PepsiCo SAP systems
• Deliver a detailed design for retaining production payroll data for
payroll parallel testing
• Deliver a high level design and consult on the detailed design for
archiving encrypted interfaces files
• Review delivered strategies for SAP HCM to highlight specific
improvements

This candidate will have the following skills:

• The candidate must be a self-starter. Taking concepts and developing
those concepts into strategies and plans for implementation of those
strategies.
• Past history of building relationships with a wide range of
individuals including CTOs/CIOs, Architects, Development leads,
Directors, and Group Managers
• 5+ years experience with SAP HCM implementing HR and Payroll
• 5+ years experience with SAP BI specific to handling of HCM data
• 10+ years experience with analysis, strategy and design of large-
scale solutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand various technology stacks

Position: Sr SAP Security –
Location: Plano TX

Skills:

• 6-8 years SAP (in a large complex environment)
• SAP Security Engineer for finance and IdM/GRC integration

Position: Mid level SAP SECURITY – 4 positions –
Location: Plano TX

Skills:

8+ years SAP HR, ECC Security, onshore resources that don't start all
at the same time.
