They need someone with recent workflow experience, specifically business process management experience.   Preferred weblogic versions are weblogic 9 or 10.  The project is an enhancement to an existing workflow system.  Client uses their own homegrown workflow tool, so the whole key to this req is that the candidate knows either the weblogic integration tool, which is a workflow tool and very much preferred, or another tool in the market used for workflow, such as jboss.   Also candidates that have both front end and back end a must, end to end is key. Also. Good comm skills.  Mid to sr level exp 5yrs.  Hit ground running and help implement deadlines by end year, long term multi year contract.  Other must haves are j2ee, jsp, jstl, servlets, and ejb and hibernate, and ability to write sql or stored procedures

 
This position will be for a JAVA/J2EE developer for the development of workflow systems.
The candidate will be responsible for coding, testing, data migration and implementation of assigned modules in the system.
Required Skills include: Java 1.5 with experience using annotations; J2EE, including JSP, JSTL, Servlets and EJB; Hibernate 3.x, Struts, XML/XML Schema; Web services incl. JAX-WS with annotations. Knowledge of xdoclet, Ant , Weblogic Workshop, Workshop Controls incl. JPF's (java page flows), beehive/apache controls and taglibs, and AJAX is a plus. Expertise in Javascript required. Environments - Weblogic v10, Eclipse, some Weblogic Workshop, CVS, Anthill, HP Quality Center and Remedy. SQL development is necessary, esp. in Oracle environment, working knowledge with TOAD or AQT (Advanced Query Tool) a plus. Bash scripting and Linux are also nice to have.
Workflow knowledge – Business Process Management (Some level of knowledge is must).
