REQUIREMENTS:
Manager is looking for WebSphere 7.0 experience. They will need to take an online test….
3-5 years of Portal Administration is key. 
IBM Websphere Portal architecture design, functional components, interfaces, navigation, search, personalization and site analysis. 
IBM WebSphere Portal installation, configuration and administration.
IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) installation, configuration and administration. 
LDAP and WebSphere Portal integration as well as configuring and implementing single sign on. 
IBM Web Content Management (WCM) installation, configuration and administration. 
Good understanding of portlet development and application integration approaches. 
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent verbal & written communication skills 
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

 

PREFERRED: 
Experience in IBM Tivoli Access Manager and Identity Manager 
Strong J2EE development background is desirable and WebSphere application integration 
Experience with IBM Portlet Factory 
Good experience with enterprise level DBMSs (e.g. Oracle, SQL. DB2)
