Desktop Support Services/Computer Services Technical Engineer
Manhattan, NY
6 + Months

 

Responsibilities:
Level 3 support of network devices (routers, switches, wireless, security and VOIP equipment)
Work on network related projects
Network monitoring (spectrum and netflow (mazu) )
Voice Moves, Adds and Changes
Assist in planning and deploying network for DR at 11 MTC
Assist in refining the remote access (RA and FTP)

 

Mandatory Skills:
Network generalist skills : knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless, voice and security technologies.
CCNA, CCNP certification a plus
Hands on installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, wireless, voice and security equipment.
Able to lift heavy item of more than 40 lbs
5. Able to work in a team or work alone on projects
