Oracle PL/SQL Developer. Strong Oracle 10g. Will be building customized financial reports in Oracle and Crystal reports

Crystal is a plus. MUST have experience building reports. Finance knowledge a plus.

Heavy interaction with the business users, strong comm skills are a must
