Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills :
- Must have strong Citrix administrative and user support experience.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft server environments.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills are a MUST.
- Must have Project Lead Experience - led customer projects
- Must be application savvy having knowledge of EMR applications is a plus
- Must have an understanding of networking
- Must have experience with Active Directory
- Must have exposure to VMware
- Must have strong verbal and written communications.
- Must be highly flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, priorities, and environments.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong team working skills yet take lead when needed
