Face To Face Interview is Must

Title: Java/J2ee Developer
Location: NYC
Duration: Long term

Principal Responsibilities:

• Core front-end and back-end development
• Detailed Query Data Reporting
• Work with business analysts on requirements definition
• Develop technical specifications from business requirements
• Work out-side of normal business hours for system rollouts and support as necessary
• Unit and integrated systems testing

Required Technical Skills:

• 7+ yrs of Java/J2EE development on presentation tier and back-end
• Open Source frameworks/products: Apache/Tomcat, Hibernate
• Struts/Spring Frameworks
• JavaScript/AJAX
• JUnit, ANT
• O/S: Linux and Unix
• Database: UDB/Sybase
• Others: Strong SQL, Linux/Unix scripting, Eclipse IDE
• Familiarity with GoF and J2EE Design Patterns

Desirable Skills:
• Drools (Business Rules Management System)
• JBPM (Java workflow engine)
• Spring Batch
• Experience in the financial industry, specifically in Compliance
