Need PL/SQL Developer with healthcare/billing experience at FL.

Position:   PL/SQL Developer
location: Jacksonville FL

Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $40-$43/hr on corp-corp (Max rate)

Diamond and/or Billing application experience preferred. ! 
 
Job Requirements:

1. Advanced experience programming using PL/SQL, Oracle 10G
2. Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies,
database methodologies and system integration
3. Demonstrated experience with AIX Unix operating systems
4. Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
5. PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
6. 3+ years experience using SQL or similar query language
7.  3+ years experience using debugging tools
8.  3+ years experience using versioning tools (i.e., Clearcase)
9. Experience with RUP methodology and Rational tools is preferred
10. Bachelor's degree in related business area or equivalent work experience
11. Experience in Diamond core functionality
12. Experience with Diamond third party tools preferred (i.e., ClaimCheck, Optimizer, DRG Grouper, APC Pricer)
13. Billing system knowledge
14. Healthcare industry knowledge
