Minimum Requirements: Responsibilities include (not limited to):
• Update Excel-based loading template for new organizational structure
• Test system changes in SAP BCS/BW
• Update Excel Reporting workbooks to reflect new organizational structure
• Support data transfer between SAP BW systems (Divisional to Sector)
• Interact with Planning & Reporting team members located at different sites
• Support worldwide data submissions into SAP BW system (MING) for Actual as well as Forecast/Budget results
• Support analysis of divisional results by providing Financial expertise and applying advanced Excel techniques

Profile:
• Strong Excel skills including VBA programming
• Bachelor degree in Finance – Can understand financial concepts and translate them into technical action items.
• At least 3 years experience in Analyst role or Consulting - the person needs to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with high motivation.
• Good communication skills, cross-cultural if possible - the person needs to communicate with other team members as well as colleagues world-wide.
• SAP BW knowledge - MING, MTA/MBR and PB1 are all SAP BW systems.
