Job Description:
Our financial client is in immediate need of a VERY Senior and highly seasoned SQL Server (SSIS) Developer (7 + years of hands-on experience with SQL Server 2005/2008, DTS packages, SSIS). This resource will perform a Data Mart build and must be self-sufficient in work style. The client is looking for an individual who is "high-energy", someone who truly loves their work. Technical resource must be very strong with Query Optimization and Tuning. This is a high-visibility project and this consultant will have the opportunity to grow into a Lead role. Must be comfortable working in a blend of structured and unstructured environment.
Any "business knowledge" around Capital Markets/Securities/Investment Banking would be a HUGE plus!
