Technical Lead, responsible for driving Architecture, Design, and Development in Spring Web Services, Spring WS Cleint. Interface with Client Tech Leads and Architects to deliver on Spring based web service solutions. Expert in J2EE Middle ware technolgies: JMS, MQ, JAXB etc

Required Skills: Spring Web Services, Web Services, Spring WS Client, Spring 3.0 Framework, JAXB(xml to Java) tansformations, AOP, JMS, MQ, XML

Preferred Skills: XML 2 Java (and Vice-versa)Transformations, Good Communication and Presentaion skills.
