Senior Oracle HR Compensation Work Bench Developer
• Extensive experience with the Oracle E-business suite
• Perform development and application support for Oracle HR (Compensation Work Bench, Core HR, OAB)
• Provide full life cycle implementations and upgrades including development and unit testing of application functionality (newly deployed and upgrades) to ensure all requirements are being delivered. Additionally, provide support to international user community.
Skills:
• At least 5 years experience with designing, developing, implementing and customizing the Oracle Applications Suite.
• At least one, but preferably 2 full life cycle implementations
• Strong Development skills with at least 6 years experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Custom ADI, XML Publisher
• Good understanding of Unix and experience in developing shell scripts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary
• Good Business Analysis experience working with users with requirements and solutions is required
• Any experience with Accounting and/or Finance is a major plus
• Mandatory- Oracle HR applications
• Experience with Oracle On-Demand a Plus.
