• Engineering with 12-14 years of experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Program Management
• PMP/PRINCE 2 certification
• Previous Design and implementation experience of LAN, WAN, DC and Voice Networks is a must
• Aware of latest Technology Trends and well versed with Network Products, Features and Technologies.
• Well versed with Planning and Estimations, Critical Path Analysis, PM tools and techniques
• Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priority or multiple interrelated projects to deliver common business benefit
• Strong commercial orientation
• Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects within schedule, budget and Efforts
• Proficient in Project Management Tools & Processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation skill
• Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution
• Strong process orientation
• Strong people management and highly customer centric.
• Experience of working in International business environment
