Need a .Net developer ASAP for +- 3 months with deep experience creating Microsoft BIDS reports,

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Design and develop SSRS reports based on business requirements.
2. Create ad-hoc queries and reports as requested
3. Convert existing reporting tools to a standardized reporting
infrastructure using SQL and Microsoft products.
4. Help identify data quality issues affecting report output.
6. Assume additional related responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office - preferably 2010 (Advanced Excel, Advanced Access, Word & PowerPoint);
* Strong relational database skills
* Deep experience in MS SQL Server 2005 (Visual Studio)
* Experience developing Business Intelligence solutions using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services (SSRS and/or BIDS)
* Experience with VB.Net development and scripting.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to breakdown a problem or opportunity into sub-components; Identify root causes and drivers; Creative thinking skills in developing alternative solutions to business challenges
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changeable environment.
* Experience with enterprise-wide Data Solutions and Data Warehouse implementations.
