Title: Sr. SQL DBA (Certification preferred)

Location: Dearborn, MI

Duration: Long Term

In person interview required

Position Description:

Candidate must demonstrate during the interview process exceptional knowledge

supporting SQL Server 2005 and 2008 databases.

Must know how to set up maintain and troubleshoot high availability systems and

proper steps needed to resolve performance issues.

Must have knowledge of Backups; SQL Server Error Log, Windows Event Log, Agent Jobs,

Performance and security logs.

Skills Required:

Must have strong OS skills working in Windows 2003 and 2008.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience Preferred:

Working with TSM/TDP. Working knowledge of other SQL Services: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.

Education Required:

Bachelors degree or greater in Computer Science. Certifications in SQL Server a plus
