· Lead responsibility for defining the work process and functional scope and supporting ITB deliverables.
· Coordinate other team members in collecting, analyzing and presenting necessary scope data and information, and defining and validating scope assumptions.
· Coordinate work activities and ensure common integrated approach towards all functional scope and supporting ITB deliverables by functional team members.
· Define approaches for engaging SME's and other stakeholders during FEED.
· Special needs: Oil Industry experience along with Construction & Engineering service division experience will be GREAT.
ROLE 2: SAP Project manager (Or) Project Analyst / NJ / 6+ months / Start Date ASAP
Description of Role and Skills: The program requires an IT professional as a Project Analyst. This individual must have demonstrated experience setting up and running the Program Management structures in large complex initiatives. The individual is expected to quickly become familiar with internal processes and be able to activate across these.
