Duration: 10 Months

 

Required:

- More than 10 years experience in IT application process design and support
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience as a Clarify business analyst including gathering business requirements, create the functional design and roll out the solution
- Strong knowledge in the Amdocs Clarify Clear Support module
- Must have strong knowledge in Call Center business processes
- Ability to debug Clear Basic (Amdocs Clarify)
- Good knowledge in MS SQL Server

Deliverables:
Functional design, Test, Roll Out support, IT process consulting, Business requirements

Specific Job Characteristics:
The Senior Business Analyst will lead the IT implementation of new business trends that are rolled out throughout the Philips Sectors.
You will act as the principal consultant during the implementation of projects and change request for our global CRM platform (Amdocs Clarify). You'll advise business management on the adaptation of ways of working, based on the best practices supported by our global business process.
You'll represent IT disciplines during the implementation and safeguards the adequate support after go-live of the project. You'll facilitate the implementation of new business trends working closely with the business process owners and the Integrated Customer Service project team. All with an integrated view on performance measurement and supportability.
