Job Description

  Tech Lead / Development Lead â€" a J2EE technology specialist responsible to take application from biz requirements, architecture, technical designs, construction, testing and UAT phases to implementation. Leads a client and Accenture development team of 5-10 people in strength and coordinates in all phases with multiple functional teams (like business, business analysts, infrastructure, partner technology teams, build & deploy teams, release management),

Required Skills:

 Architecture, Java/J2EE, Leadership (leading large on/off teams).

- Skilled in Java/J2EE technologies: Dojo, Ajax, JSP, MVC, Spring, Struts, XML, UML, CSS, Java 5 and 6, developing and debugging Javascript, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, JSF, Java POJO, JUnit, Eclipse, Castor/JAXB, JMS, Workflow, Weblogic, Maven, UNIX,  AXIS, and WebServices.

- Have led 10+ member teams in past and has strong communication skills/client presence.

- Require some level of project management and leadership skills to plan, execute and monitor.
