.Net Software Developer for a contract position with one of our clients in Malvern, PA – MUST be local to the area (PA, DE, NJ) as a Face to Face interview is required.
-The candidates must be strong in C# .NET and have WPF and WCF experience.
-We are looking for software engineers to immediately join us in the development of new features for our exciting new Revenue Cycle Solution product in Malvern.
-This product incorporates some of the latest Microsoft technologies and sits on top of our new Helios platform, which is the next game-changer in the healthcare IT field.

TECHNICAL REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Must have 5 to 7 years of experience.
-Strong .NET Experience - should understand this from the bottom of the CLR to the top of the call stack and most of the namespaces in between
-C#
-SQL Server 2005 and greater
-Object Oriented Programming concepts
-WCF Services
-WPF

OTHER NICE TO HAVE TECHNOLOGIES USED:
-Visual Studio
-SOA
-.NET 4.0
-Windows Workflow
-AppFabric

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Required to write thorough, but concise, technical specifications.
-Must be able to independently develop * software *, not just applications, from the ground up and end-to-end.
-Unit-testing of code.
-Should have the ability to review others code and provide insightful recommendations.
-Should also be capable of and willing to support our customers in their use of our products.
-Will be asked to lead a small group of engineers, providing technical guidance and resource management.
-Will lend assistance to Design and QA when they need it.
-We use a variety of Agile techniques to develop our software. Any experience, wisdom, or lessons learned that you can bring would be nice to have.

Java/WebSphere Developer for a long term contract position with one of our clients in Philadelphia, PA.  Candidates MUST have strong Websphere (ESB, BPM, and WMB) as well as Java Development experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-IBM WebSphere Development
-MUST HAVE strong experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components
-MUST HAVE strong experience with Business Process Monitor (BPM) components
-MUST HAVE strong experience with Websphere Message Broker (WMB) components
-Java Development
-Experience creating proprietary software would be ideal
-Excellent communication skills
-This candidate will be part of the integration team

Proficiency in TIBCO Suite of Products (BW, EMS, Adapters, Active Matrix Service Grid and Policy Manager)

Command line working knowledge of UNIX

Hands on experience in defining & implementing best practices and standards

Understand and streamline processes to improve performance

Understanding of TIBCO infrastructure architecture

Leadership skills to drive the architectural discussions

Ability to suggest/recommend technology stack for business requirements

Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both oral and written.

Lead technical triage during incidents

Ability to work within a fast moving environment
