Job Description:

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement test plans and procedures to accurately test the application code, functions, modules and

systems to successfully meet the intended business / user requirements.

· Develop and implement a test automation framework that includes automated test scripting, performance testing and

analysis, defect tracking, test reporting and LOE estimation.

· Develop and utilize test data sets that support the implementation of test plans and procedures.

· Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to

ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.

· Be able to clearly communicate complex technical designs and solutions in clear, concise and easily readable format by both technical and non-technical personnel.

Skills

• Development experience with testing procedures and methodologies in Microsoft platforms.
• Programming, code development, code debugging and testing skills, troubleshooting skills, and experience with object models, C# programming language, .NET 3.5 framework and Visual Studio Test Edition.
• Experience in developing and executing a software test implementation plan.
• Knowledge and experience with SQL and software interaction with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server and / or
• Oracle through APIs such as OCI and ODBC.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills (i.e. design, debugging and testing) and experience with software
• development projects.
• Excellent English communications skills.

Education / Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, AND

· At least 3 (three) years of experience in software development, AND

· At least 3 (three) years of experience in software development testing, OR

· Relevant combination of education and experience.

· Preferred: Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and Web UI Test Studio, also software and database development

experience a plus
