Job Description:
Ø Must have good experience in leading PeopleSoft functional testing efforts
Ø Should be well versed with testing of NA payroll, Core HR, Absence management and Ben Admin modules (NA payroll experience is must)
Ø Should be experienced in driving test strategy, scenarios, planning and measuring test results
Ø Provide structure and coordinate the multiple testing phases, including System and Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing
Ø Identifying Test scenarios and conditions after thorough analysis of the Business and Functional requirements
Ø Involved in Defect tracking/ Coordination and closure
Ø Strong SQL knowledge
Ø Candidate must have good analytical, Problem solving/Debugging skills, good oral and written communication
Ø Should work independently with little guidance
