Role: Lead .Net Developer

They are looking for non-financial candidates.

Senior candidate with 10 years or more of experience.

 

Must be able to come for face to face interview.

 

Main Function

The Credit team is looking to hire an experienced developer in order to expand its' business coverage. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience for server-side components for business-facing applications (such as trading systems), preferably in the Fixed Income space.  The system is a rich gui C# application with mostly Java server side. 

 

Person Requirements

Basic Qualifications

·        2+ years experience in object oriented Design and development.

·         2+ years experienceng in Designing/Implementing UI frameworks

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Strong C#/WPF/Winforms, ADO, XML, and SQL skills. C++/Java is a big plus

·         DevExpress/Infragestics/Syncfusion

·         Deep understanding performance related issues in a multi layered/multi threaded environment.

·          Understanding of messaging/middleware technologies (Tibco RV, Tibco EMS, Solace, MQ)

·          Database Design and Modeling, etc - Oracle, TimesTen, Sybase

·          Knowledge of the Fixed Income products and trade processing knowledge, the financial markets and trading

·          Knowledge of Unix/Linux a plus

·          Results-oriented, self-starter with positive "can-do" attitude

·          Ability to effectively communicate with senior users in a global, team-based environment

·          Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate thoughts, designs, and implementations in both written and verbal form
