Experience Level	10 – 20yrs
Responsibilities	Defining SOA strategy and Roadmap Defining the reference architecture for SOA Defining the architecture for shared services platform Architecture decisions and driving the PoC's / PoT's Technical leadership during the shared services platform implementation Defining the SOA governance Evangelizing and driving the SOA adoption Guiding the project teams in building solutions based on SOA
Skills	Driving End to end SOA adoption Experience in enterprise wide technology adoption Experience in setting up the SOA governance Experience in automating the governance process Experience across different product stacks (ESB, Orchestration/Workflow, Rules, Monitoring tools etc) Experience in either Open Source or IBM or Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA technologies
