• Document the DR Plans for the IT Infrastructure & Application services of customer locations by coordinating with the Technology teams of customer .

• Regular updation of DR plans, Vendor contacts ,  Customer personnel contacts, to be used in DR test drills or in event of disaster

• Maintain & regularly update the backup plans of the IT Infrastructure & Applications

• Document and update the customer locations and respective IT Infra details of the locations to be used in the DR plans

• Safekeeping and maintain versioning of documents

• Follow the standard templates and practices to update the documents

• Prepare the Training documents/ presentations for the customer
