Position: ETL Developer
Location:Scranton, PA
Duration: 12 months contract
 
Must have:
ETL & Data Stage Development using UDB/SQL Server/Postgres
ETL Development on various initiatives related to the Retirement Business - based on Functional and Business requirements
Troubleshooting any issues with existing ETL Code under Data Stage
There no specific projects that this consultant will support but will have to be flexible enough to work on initiatives as they arise

Works with client groups to identify and analyze business requirements and processes to design, develop and implement systems. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends system design solutions. Evaluates the application systems/programming requirements and processes (e.g. new enhancements or maintenance), in the preparation of application system specifications, and in the development, testing, and implementation of efficient, cost effective application solutions. Essentials skills: Data Warehouse Architecture (Data, Technical and Application), Full Data Warehouse life-cycle experience - including requirement gathering, data analysis, design, development, testing and systems implementation.

Minimum 2 years Experience with Data Stage version 8.x
Minimum 2 years development experience with any Database Management System
Experience with Unix and Windows Scripting a plus.
